Mgr. Jakub Mrózek

Jakub graduated in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he participated in a number of foreign study programmes, which allowed him to broaden his horizons and gain valuable experience in different legal systems. He also gained work experience as a legal trainee in a law firm located in Brno.

In his practice, he focuses mainly on the issues of business corporations in the field of commercial law. In civil law, he provides legal services mainly in the area of liability relations. He covers the area of labour law in all its aspects, from the drafting of labour law documentation, through the resolution of issues relating to compensation for damages or compensation for occupational accidents and illnesses, to the representation of employees and employers in labour law disputes.

Jakub builds his practice on a deep knowledge of legal issues, precision and an emphasis on an individual approach to each client. He considers continuous education and monitoring of current developments in the field of law and related disciplines to be a prerequisite for providing top legal services. He believes that the success of a lawyer lies in a combination of professionalism, commitment and personal approach, which he tries to pursue with the utmost effort in his daily practice.

In addition to his professional activities, he is an avid sportsman. He enjoys resistance training, cycling and football. He also finds the balance between work and personal life in travelling, discovering new places, experiences, culture and gastronomy.
