He grew up as a corporate lawyer in one of the largest corporations in the Czech Republic and later – already as the attorney – managed and provided legal services for it as our client for many years.

Therefore, he naturally tends towards business corporations and their concerns; he solves them, but prefers to prevent them. He understands the people who work in companies or might want to buy them. They can come to him with anything that comes their way – and he has already encountered most of it professionally.
