Mgr. Zbigniew Kaleta

Graduated with honours, laureate of the Slovak Law School organized by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, trainee legal advisor (aplicant radcowski) at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

He gained his professional experience in renowned law firms in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he provided comprehensive legal services to individuals, entrepreneurs and commercial companies. Thanks to his fluency in Polish, Czech, Slovak and English, as well as basic knowledge of Ukrainian, he has successfully handled matters for clients from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the UK. He communicated with clients in their native language and prepared legal documentation in bilingual versions, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and in a language that the clients could understand.

He specializes in commercial and economic law with a focus on corporate law. He has extensive experience in the processes of incorporation and changes in companies, their administration, compliance, as well as in procedures aimed at terminating their activities on the market. He provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs with the recovery of their debts, especially in cases with a cross-border nature, both in the framework of conciliation proceedings and in court, restructuring, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

He supported natural persons coming from third countries in the process of legalising their residence and gaining access to the labour market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. He also provided individuals with services in the field of cross-border inheritance proceedings and consumer protection.

In his private life, he is a history enthusiast, both of state, legal and military history, as well as art and architecture. He is an amateur photographer. During his studies in high school and college, he developed his guitar skills. He is a lover of nature, peace and quiet.
